Founded by Anshoo Sharma, a qualified lawyer and a practicing company secretary in India.
With more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector and Consultancy specialising in legal, risk, ethics and compliance domains, Anshoo has worked with entities such as Fox Mandal & Co., Max Life Insurance, Canara HSBC Life Insurance, and Airtel Payments Bank.

She actively advises clients on matters including corporate advisory, transactions including mergers and acquisitions and lending transactions, financial crime compliance, data protection, mergers and acquisitions, labour law compliances, vigilance and POSH.
Has expertise in building risk, compliance and vigilance frameworks and provides active support in liasoning with regulators, including Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, Reserve Bank of India, Financial Intelligence Unit, Ministry of Home Affairs, National Payments Corporation of India and assists financial institutions during regulatory inspections.
She also engages with individuals for their estate planning by providing legal services for drafting Trust Deeds, Wills, etc.
